Have you noticed that you have started to crave something after a well balanced meal? I always wondered why I was craving Reese's after every meal so I decided to investigate.

Have you ever thought about what you eat and why? Well this article really digs deep into it. Basically when you start eating a candy bar after each meal, or every day, or even after every workout, you begin to condition yourself. Every day of Reese's turns into a routine and after a few weeks, it becomes a HABIT!

Before you know it, you cannot afford to eat anymore candy bars and so you resort into knocking down peoples' houses to get $ for your new addiction. It literally is an addiction; it is as terrible as doing drugs.
